Daniel Pietrzak (New York) joined KKR in 2016 and is a Partner and serves as the Global Head of Private Credit and a portfolio manager for KKR’s private credit funds and portfolios. Mr. Pietrzak is Chief Investment Officer of the KKR / Future Standard joint venture and President and Chief Investment Officer for FS KKR Capital Corp. (FSK), which trades on the NYSE. He also serves of the board of directors of FSK and several KKR Credit portfolio companies, including Pepper and Toorak Capital Partners. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Pietrzak was a managing director and the co-head of Deutsche Bank’s structured finance business across the Americas and Europe. Previously, Mr. Pietrzak held various roles in the credit businesses of Societe Generale and CIBC World Markets. Mr. Pietrzak started his career at Price Waterhouse in New York. Mr. Pietrzak holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University. Mr. Pietrzak serves on the Lehigh University Board of Trustees and on the Dean’s Advisory Council for Lehigh’s College of Business, is a member of the Advisory Board of the Scholars of Finance and serves on the Board of Directors of First Tee – Metropolitan New York.

Ryan L.G. Wilson (San Francisco) joined KKR Credit in 2006 and is a Managing Director of KKR, Chief Operating Officer of KKR Private Credit, and Co-Chief Operating Officer of FS KKR Capital Corp. Mr. Wilson served as Corporate Capital Trust’s Chief Operating Officer prior to its merger with FS KKR Capital Corp. and has held various senior roles across KKR’s Credit business. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wilson was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving a variety of clients across industries. Mr. Wilson holds a B.A. in Economics, with honors, from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master's in Accounting from the University of Waterloo. He also is a CFA Charterholder, Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Accountant.

Avi Korn (New York) joined KKR in 2018 and co-heads the Asset Based Finance group within the firm’s Credit business. The Asset-Based Finance group focuses on non-corporate, private credit investments which are backed by financial or hard assets. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Korn was a portfolio manager at BlueMountain Capital Management where he focused on debt and equity investments within asset-based finance. Previously, Mr. Korn was a vice president at J.P. Morgan on the asset-backed security principal investment management team. Mr. Korn holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Varun Khanna (London) joined KKR in 2016 and is a Partner in the firm's Private Credit business. Mr. Khanna co-heads the firm's global Asset Based Finance investment strategy and is a portfolio manager for KKR's asset based finance funds. Mr. Khanna is a member of the Global Asset Based Finance Investment Committee and the European Real Estate Investment Committee. He also serves on Boards of Directors of several KKR portfolio companies, including Activate Capital, Pepper, Kilter Finance and Oodle. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Khanna was a managing director at Deutsche Bank in the structured finance division. Mr. Khanna started his career at Deutsche Bank as an equity research analyst covering technology companies. Mr. Khanna holds a B.A., M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. in Economics from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.

Chris Mellia (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and co-heads the global Asset-Based Finance group within the firm’s Credit business. The Asset-Based Finance team focuses on non-corporate, private credit investments which are backed by financial or hard assets. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Mellia was head of structured products at Global Atlantic Financial Group, where he focused on residential, consumer, and renewable assets. Previously, Mr. Mellia worked in fixed income research at Credit Suisse and in asset finance at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Mellia holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Statistics from Columbia University.
